With a rich background in health (Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Science), education (Postgraduate Diploma in Education), and counselling (Master of Counselling), along with over 15 years of experience in wellbeing, education, and management, I bring a well-rounded perspective to support you on your journey. My additional qualifications in yoga and meditation further enhance my ability to provide a truly holistic approach to understanding your unique situation.
